Terrace Relaunch

COYA, the Peruvian cuisine restaurant chain based in several cities in Europe and the Middle East, has reopened its restaurant terrace, with privileged views of Barceloneta beach. The 317m2 outdoor space has a seating capacity of around 100 people in the restaurant section and 35 people in the lounge bar area.

COYA's terrace, which can be enjoyed until autumn, is a perfect plan for the spring-summer season in the city. From an open-air dinner, to going for a drink after work and enjoying its exclusive piscos and macerados. As for its star dishes, the guacamole with croquants, ceviche and tiraditos, as well as the Iberian prey stand out. All of them designed to offer diners a gastronomic journey in the purest Inca style, the DNA of its Peruvian fusion cuisine.

New summer menu
In addition to the emblematic dishes that can be enjoyed all year round, the restaurant chain is adding new dishes to the menu: green rice with vegetables, feta and tomato confit, beef tataki with roasted leeks and cashew nuts or lime and orange churros with milk chocolate and dulce de leche.

To reaffirm its identity as Peruvian cuisine, on COYA's terrace you will find a paradise of pisco sours and a wide variety of macerados, including the most summery ones: pineapple and rosemary, citronella and kaffir, and basil and lemon. A good local wine is always available.
Music and decoration are another of the basic pillars of COYA's values and identity: each of its spaces and corners are meticulously decorated with paintings by Peruvian artists. Ambient music adds extra excitement to the dining experience.

Nearing its first anniversary in Barcelona, for the COYA family, Barcelona is a world gastronomic epicentre that they have always wanted to be part of and have received a great welcome. Reopening the doors of their terrace reaffirms this connection with Barcelona, aiming to be one of the city's benchmark terraces.
