Un voyage culinaire à faire dans un cadre étonnant, peuplés d’objets traditionnels, de photographies et d’œuvres d’art, directement venus de Lima. Une cuisine péruvienne qui se distingue par le mélange des cultures, avec des touches japonaises ou chinoises, des gouts qui se démarquent par leur intensité et leur fraicheur.
Plusieurs ambiances pour la découvrir : au rez-de-chaussée, une grande terrasse pour les beaux jours, et l’énergie d’une salle en prise directe avec la cuisine ouverte.
