The journey is testament to COYA’s dedication to continuous learning and innovation in the culinary arts, allowing the international Head Chefs to connect with each other and discover Peru’s vibrant and enchanting culture that has shaped COYA’s culinary identity.
The selected chefs from COYA's global locations were given the opportunity to immerse themselves deep into the heart of Peruvian culture and its culinary landscape, exploring new ingredients, authentic recipes and cooking techniques further inspiring seasonal menus.
