From 7PM, begin your evening at the Pisco Bar with 90 minutes of bottomless cocktails and Veuve Clicquot champagne, paired with curated canapés and a soundtrack by COYA MUSIC DJs.
Then take your seat for a three-course dining experience that brings together our signature Peruvian fusion cuisine with the unmistakable spirit of COYA, set to live saxophone performances throughout the evening. A celebration of flavour, rhythm and after-hours energy to welcome the weekend.
Only on 13th February the experience is sweetened with Strawberry Kiss, a Valentine’s-inspired dessert of delicate cheesecake and vanilla mousse, layered with preserved strawberry and a crisp almond biscuit, a final indulgent note designed to be shared, savoured, and remembered.
