On Thursday 14th May, COYA Barcelona welcomes Robata for an exclusive one-night collaboration.

Guests are invited to experience a curated 5-course Omakase menu, created by COYA Barcelona’s Global Executive Chef, Fabrizio Fossati, in collaboration with Robata’s co-founder, Fabiola Lairet.

The menu brings together the signature creations of both kitchens, reimagined through a cross-cultural dialogue: COYA’s iconic Peruvian dishes are subtly reinterpreted with refined Japanese influences, while Robata’s contemporary Japanese signatures are elevated with vibrant Peruvian flavours.

A unique culinary journey where two distinct identities meet in perfect balance.

For one night only, the experience will be complemented by live music, enhancing the atmosphere throughout the evening.
