Available on Friday 3rd April, Easter Sunday 5th April, and Monday 6th April, this seasonal menu brings together bold flavours and signature dishes, reimagined for the occasion.
Begin with guacamole for the table, followed by a choice of starter and main per guest, served alongside crispy potatoes, spring greens, and charred carrots to share.
Starters showcase COYA favourites, from Wagyu beef gyoza and crispy baby squid to classic sea bass ceviche and yellowtail sashimi. Mains include baby chicken with panca chilli, wagyu rump cap with chimichurri, and sea bream fillet with fresh herbs.
To finish, a COYA Easter dessert platter for the table, featuring a selection of signature desserts with an Easter twist.
Guests will enjoy a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne or a signature Mazamorra Tiki mocktail.
