Begin with a selection of flavour-led starters such as the Sopita de la Casa (butternut squash velouté with quinoa crème fraîche) or Baos de Pollo Crujiente (crispy buttermilk chicken bao). Continue with main dishes like Picante de Res (spiced beef with ají rocoto) or Papa Seca y Trufa, a vegetarian favourite featuring wild mushrooms and Peruvian black truffle potato. End with a  choice from our house desserts.
To mark the summer season, each booking includes a complimentary Paloma, a bright, citrus-forward cocktail of tequila and grapefruit or the Palomita, a non-alcoholic blend of Midi Ruby aperitif, chicha morada, and Franklin & Sons grapefruit soda.
