The opening of chanca by COYA, a vibrant nightlife destination, offered an immersive journey, featuring striking Inca-inspired interiors, expertly crafted cocktails, and unforgettable parties—further enriching COYA’s identity.
Throughout the years, COYA Dubai has continuously collaborated with both local and international artists as part of its dedication to art and community. The restaurant's interiors have been adorned with stunning photographs by Martín Chambi Jiménez, a pioneer of indigenous Latin American photography whose work captures the essence of the Peruvian Andes. Currently, the artwork in the dining area is a collaboration with artist Celio Koko, showcasing a fusion of abstract and figurative art.
