This August, COYA, the award-winning luxury lifestyle group will be unveiling their latest Free Flowing CLÁSICO Brunch with a dedicated bottomless 90 minutes, to add extra bubbles to your Saturday! Launching on the 10th August from 12 – 4.30pm, end your week in style with crafted cocktails and Peruvian dishes that have earned COYA its reputation as one of the most renowned Latin American restaurants internationally.
Born from the spirit of adventure, COYA offers an immersive journey for its guests – begin yours with a 90-minute bottomless bar from 12 – 1.30pm, with a vast selection of canapes, Champagne and COYA’s latest bottled cocktails including the Bloody Maria (tequila, COYA spice mix, lemon, tomato, strawberry), Paz de Lima (vodka, Ancho Reyes Verde, passion fruit, lime) and Dos Pinas (Ojo de Dios Mezcal, jalapeño, tepache pineapple agave, coriander, lime). To elevate the experience, guests have the option to extend the bottomless offering for a further 90 minutes (£65 between 1.30-3pm).
After the unique bar offering, head to the main dining room for a series of indulgent dishes including starters of Tiradito de Atun Nikkei (Yellowfin tuna, chimichurri, ají panca & soy tiger milk) and Ceviche Mixto (Seabream, octopus, prawns, squid), followed by mains including Arrachera de Res a la Parrilla (grilled skirt steak, adobo, chimichurri) and Enconcado de Bacalao (roasted cod, tomato, ají panca, coconut cream, curry leaves).
Finish the feast with COYA’s classic Bandeja de Postres, offering a selection of signature desserts and a fruit platter to end your experience on a sweet note. Following the feast, guests are invited to the Pisco Bar for the renowned CLÁSICO Brunch afterparty.
